In overall good condition but does show some wear and loss to some of the veneer. Tested and works but you need to crank it with a wrench as the gear that the crank uses to wind the box is a bit stripped. If that gear is replaced it will work great. It sounds great when wound. This is a very cool and rare item. I am unsure of the brand. Dimensions of the box are 7x32x12 inches.
