Refund policy

Returns:

• We offer a 14-day return period on all used items.
• No returns accepted on Film or Paper. It is sold as-is but please reach out with any issues.
• All Processing fees (3.5%) are non-refundable.
• An automatic 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns valued over $750.00 USD.
• A restocking fee of 10% will be assessed on all orders returned beyond our 14 day return window, or if the item returned is not in the original condition in which it was sold.
• Return shipping and original shipping cost will not be refunded.
