Leica 40cm 400mm f5 Telyt Visoflex Lens (v.II) with 16466M adapter

Lens is in very good condition and works perfectly. Comes with the LTM to M adapter for visoflex. Glass is excellent with no fungus or haze. Focus is smooth. Very nice lens.
